Meet Our Executive Team

Nicole Tsui

Meet Nicole, our Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) since 2015 and the principal consultant at FSS Canada Immigration Division. A native of Canada and a graduate of Simon Fraser University with a background in criminal and public law, Nicole brings reliability and professionalism to guide you through your immigration endeavors. Prior to joining FSS, Nicole garnered valuable experience in the legal and education sectors in Canada. With her extensive background, Nicole serves a diverse portfolio of clients worldwide. Outside of work, Nicole finds joy in playing the piano and experimenting with new food recipes. She has previously performed and instructed as a pianist.

Nagisa T.

Introducing Nagisa, our esteemed division manager who joined FSS in 2017. Originated from Japan, Nagisa enriches our team with a wealth of experience and invaluable cultural insights. Graduated from Capilano University in the field of management, Nagisa brings a unique perspective to her role, fostering collaboration and innovation within our division. Outside of work, Nagisa finds joy in the world of coffee, exploring different brewing methods and discovering new blends.

Kayi C.

Originally from Guangzhou, China, Kayi embarked on her international journey as a student in Canada, graduating from Simon Fraser University. Kayi is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Since joining our team in 2017, Kayi has brought invaluable experience and dedication to her role as Chief Administrative Officer. Outside of work, Kayi enjoys exploring new restaurants and going on hiking adventures, embracing the beauty of nature.
