In the fourth Express Entry draw of the week, 400 candidates in agriculture and agri-food occupations have received Invitations to Apply (ITAs) with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 386.

IRCC experienced a brief pause in draws starting November 14 due to an IT issue, resolved on November 16. The exact cause remains unconfirmed but may include meeting Express Entry targets, addressing IT issues, staffing changes, or updates to the CRS.
